Reasons: 1 - it just makes you feel more comfortable, 2 - you can not find the items you want, 3 - you can find it but it isn't priced, 4 - it is priced but you don't want to use Paypal, 5 - you want to know about multiple items, 6 - you have other questions /inquiries, etc.
Till we get everything set up and running the way we intend to... if you will follow the basic procedure below, surely we can work together so you can get what you are looking for. | The Complete Quick Version Purchasing Procedure | | Make Your Request | To send us an inquiry, click the FAQ/Contact Us. link in the top level menu of any page on this site. Do a quick check of the FAQ's so you don't waste your time asking about things already answered.
Click the contact link at the bottom of that page and send us an email with:
1 - A useful subject line. 2 - Tell us exactly what you want. 3 - Tell us what country we will be shipping to 4 - If you are a previous customer, tell us and let us know if your customer info has changed, so we can update our records. | | Our Pricing Email Reply | We will reply as quickly as possible (to as many as we can*). The Pricing email will contain:
1 - Descriptions, regular prices, shipping, optional insurance, possible discounts, 2 - A dual purpose ORDER FORM /CUSTOMER INFO section.
*For the past couple years we have failed to reply to approximately 20% of all who have sent inquiries. You can find an explanation located here. | | Place Your Order | When you get the Pricing Email, this is how you place your order.
1 - Click reply in your email client. 2 - Fill in the ORDER FORM /CUSTOMER INFO section near the bottom of that email. 3 - Send the whole message back as it contains the exact item(s) and pricing info which we need to process your order.
Regardless of your payment method, when you place your order, we will create the sales records and send you an email invoice. | | Pay for Your Order | You can pay for your order with Paypal as soon as you receive the pricing email if you wish. You do not have to wait for an email invoice. Be sure to include a reference to the Case # which is in the subject line of the message we sent.
It would be greatly appreciated if you also send the ORDER FORM /CUSTOMER INFO back as it contains the exact item(s) and pricing info which we need to process your order.
In the ORDER FORM, you told us how you plan to pay... money order, check, Paypal, etc. (Payment Options). We will send an invoice as soon as possible. You can print it and send with your mail-in payments. | | When your payment is received by whatever method, we will acknowledge it with an email, process your order and ship it as soon as possible. | | If none of this makes any sense to you, don't fret. Just Contact Us (and keep your complaints to yourself). Or see the various How To Purchase "Detailed" pages (menu on the left of this page). Perhaps they will clear it up for you. |
