WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS!

For USA and Canadian customers: We will normally offer optional "guaranteed good delivery" (insurance) for a small additional cost. If you chose to use it, we will replace your literature items if lost or damaged in transit. This will be without hassles or extended delays. We decide and we replace. We will normally ask you to wait up to three weeks before we ship a replacement order. Insurance is cheap and highly recommended if you have concerns.

Each additional $100.00	$1.00

Overseas International Customers: Depending upon various factors, we may (or not) offer Guaranteed Good Delivery. If we do, it will be at a substantially higher cost. The US Postal Service does offer insurance for items shipped, but only for shipments via by boxed Parcel Post (CP mail). Shipping cost is substantially higher with a minimum of $13.25 - $18.00 depending upon your country. Contact us with your questions.
