pullouts in the original are full length so there is no room to trim the ends.
This means they require a double fold. There are two paragraphs on one page
that has underlining which me do not remove. The original manual was manually
hole-punched (not cleanly) for 3-ring binder mounting by a previous owner. The
printing is not affected. Most of the holes do not produce marks in the reproduction,
but some do. Overall quality is Very Good.
